Stop! Action! Photography!
Stop-action photography never gets old to me, even (perhaps especially) in the face of whiz-bang computer graphics and animation. Movies have failed to wow me since I saw The City of Lost Children circa 1995 and realized, "Okay, well, I guess they can just do anything now." I'll make exceptions for The Matrix and, most recently, Iron Man. Anyway, back to stop-action photography. This climate change film was assembled from 20,000 photographs taken over 20 days in Toronto, by Lucas Oleniuk. (Thanks to Dave Hampton!)
